Getting started

To access Central Phone Banking, you'll need to have the following information:

  • Your member number
  • Your four-digit personal access code. First time user? The last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number serve as your access code. You'll be prompted to change the access code the first time you use Central Phone Banking
  • If you've forgotten your access code, please contact us at (602) 264-6421 or toll free (866) 264-6421

Once you are logged on you can:

  • Check your account balances
  • Review which checks have cleared your account
  • Review deposits and withdrawals made to your acount
  • Transfer funds within your account (except IRAs and Certificates)
  • Make loan and credit card payments
  • Stop payments on a check (fees may apply)
