The devastating earthquakes and after shocks in Haiti & Chile have affected thousands of people and have prompted many of us to want to help out. Good Samaritans have created hundreds of different ways for people around the globe to lend aid to these quake-battered regions. Unfortunately, scammers have also used the quakes as an opportunity to steal money from people that want to donate to the aid efforts. This means that if you’re looking to donate to the Haiti & Chile relief efforts, you need to be cautious.

If you’re looking for a safe place to donate, look to the Red Cross or Unicef
As a courtesy to our members, we are providing these links to their websites so you can feel confident your donation is going to a reputable organization.
