To help stretch your budget, you may be eligible to skip your loan payment one time each calendar year. For your convenience, you can choose the month that works best for you. It's a great way to free up cash for family vacations, back-to-school shopping, the holidays or anytime you need some extra cash.

  1. Complete the Skip-A-Payment Amendment (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader®). Please note, both the primary member and co-borrower/co-signer (if applicable) MUST sign the form.

For added convenience, registered eBRANCH users can login to submit this form, provided there is no co-borrower/co-signer on the loan. Once logged in, look for the "Online Forms" link to access the Skip-A-Payment Amendment.
  2. Enclose a check for the total amount due or complete the authorization to deduct funds. There is a $25 processing fee for each loan payment you choose to skip. You may be eligible to waive this fee through our Central Points program.
  3. Submit your form at least 10 days before payment is due but no more than 30 days prior to the due date.
If you use payroll deduction or automatic transfers for your loan payment from an Arizona Central account, the funds which would normally transfer to your loan will be available for withdrawal. If your payment normally originates from another financial institution, contact them to cancel payment for the month you are choosing to skip.

Please note, a maximum of three payments may be skipped during the life of the loan.Other conditions and restrictions may apply. If you are not approved for the Skip-A-Payment, you will be notified in writing.

On qualifying loans, interest will continue to accrue during the waived payment period. The $25 processing fee does not reduce the principal.
