Getting rewarded has never been easier! With our Central Points program, we reward our members for doing more business with us. There's no hidden agenda here. Every member is automatically enrolled free of charge. This is just our way of rewarding you for choosing Arizona Central Credit Union!
When you save money at Arizona Central, you earn dividends. When you have a loan, you pay interest. And when you do either of these things, you earn Central Points.
- Earn one Central Point for each dollar you earn in dividends on all consumer deposit accounts.
- Earn one Central Point for each dollar you pay in interest on all consumer loans.
- Earn 100 Central Points each year during the month of your membership anniversary.
- Earn 500 Central Points when you refer a new member to the credit union
- Earn bonus Central Points when you take advantage of special promotions throughout the year. (You won’t miss them…the Central Points logo will be plastered all over them!)
How do I begin using
my Central Points?
All members are automatically enrolled in Central Points. Best of all, it’s free to everyone. There is no hidden agenda – this is just our way of saying “thanks” for using our financial services. Simply call or come into one of our branches and ask to begin using the Central Points you’ve already earned!
What do I do with all these Central Points?
Well, that’s the fun part. You spend them to get more from Arizona Central and more for your money.
- Lower the interest rate on a new consumer
loan:
- 2,500 Central Points lowers your rate by 0.25%.
- 5,000 Central Points lowers your rate by 0.50%.
- Increase the dividend rate on a new Certificate.
- 2,500 Central Points raises your rate by 0.25%.
- 5,000 Central Points raises your rate by 0.50%.
- Waive fees. For just about any fee we charge, you can use your Central Points to waive or
have a fee refunded.

How many Central
Points do I have?
Central Points balances are automatically updated each month. There are two easy ways to check your balances.
- Call or visit one of our friendly branch employees to find out how many Central Points you’ve earned or used and how the points can save and earn you money.
- Check your monthly account statement for your current balance.
*Points required per $100,000 invested or borrowed
Terms:
- Consumer accounts only. Business accounts do not qualify for Central Points Program.
- May not be used to discount second Mortgage, HELOC, Lines of Credit, Credit Cards, or Indirect Lending loans.
- May not be used to waive fees incurred prior to Oct. 1, 2007, or those that are older than 60 days.
- Maximum certificate term 36 months.
- Maximum loan term 72 months.
- Maximum loan discount 0.50%.
- Maximum certificate bonus 0.50%.
