As your first account with Arizona Central, the Member Share Account represents your ownership share in the credit union.
Please note, the $25 minimum balance must be maintained in this account at all times to remain eligible for credit union services and benefits.
In addition, Arizona Central offers the Clown Club Account for members 12 years old and younger and the CU Succeed Account for members 13-17 years old.
To help the government fight the funding of terrorist and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: when you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
Open your Member Share Account at any one of our branch locations with a member service representative.
To open a new account, bring cash, check or money order for at least $25 (required minimum deposit). Valid identification for yourself and the joint owner is also required, such as a state-issued driver's license or I.D. card, U.S. passport, U.S. military I.D, Resident Alien Card or Matricula Card. If you're under the age of 13, you'll need a parent or guardian as a joint owner. If you're opening a joint account, both parties must be present.
