Using a touch-tone phone, you can access your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week (even holidays). To reach MOM, call the number below and press 1.

Getting started

To access MOM, you'll need to have the following information:

• Your member number
• Your four-digit personal access code (For members who've never used MOM, the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number serve as your access code. You'll be prompted to change the access code the first time you use MOM. If you've forgotten your access code, please contact us.)
• A MOM Service Code.

Available transactions

MOM allows you to perform a variety of transactions from the convenience of any touch-tone phone. Here's a partial list of some of the most popular transactions.

• Check balance information
• Review which checks have cleared your account
• Review deposits and withdrawals made to your account
• Transfer funds within your account
• Make loan and credit card payments
• Place a stop payment on a check (fees may apply)
