A: All new eBRANCH users are automatically enrolled in eStatements the first time they register for home banking. If you register on or before the 25th day of the month, your next statement will be delivered electronically. If you register after the 25th, you'll be enrolled the following month.
To verify or update your preferences, login to eBRANCH and click the "eStatements & Notices" link. A new window will open. In the upper right corner, click "Enrollment Options." Verify or update your preferences and then click "Save".
A: Your statement will be delivered in PDF format, which you can view and print using the free Adobe Reader® software. To access your statement, you'll need to login to your account through eBRANCH and click on the "eStatements & Notices" link. Statements are typically available by the fifth business day of each month.
A: Each month we'll send you an email or text message to notify you that your current statement is ready; therefore, a current email address is required to enroll in eStatements.
A: Once delivered, each statement will be available for up to 24 months.
A: Once you're enrolled, you'll no longer receive your paper statement by mail.
A: Login to eBRANCH and click the "eStatements & Notices" link. A new window will open. In the upper right corner, click "Enrollment Options." Under "Document Delivery Preference" select "All by paper." Be sure to click "Save" to update your preferences. Please note, a fee of $2.00 per month or quarter, depending on how frequently you receive a statement, will be assessed to those members who choose to receive paper statements by mail. The paper statement fee is waived for members enrolled in Clown Club (12 years old and younger) or CU Succeed (13-17 years old).
