Here are some other resources that may assist you:
Ensuring you have secure access to your accounts over the Internet is something Arizona Central takes very seriously. We use a variety of security measures to protect our members' information.
However, it's also very important that our members take an active roll in protecting their information as well.
Ensure you are using strong passwords, which are at least seven to nine characters in length, alphanumeric, case sensitive, and require the use of at least one special character (e.g., !@#$%&).
Be sure you have installed antivirus, anti-spyware and anti-malware programs on your computer. Once these programs have been installed, it's critical to keep the software up-to-date with the latest signature files. Most of these programs include an auto-update feature so you won't have to remember to update the files on a daily basis. Make sure this feature has been turned on.
We recommend that you do not access your accounts on publicly accessible computers, such as those available at your local public library or Internet café. Computers accessible to the public may be infected with viruses and/or malicious software, such as Trojans and keyloggers. In addition, avoid accessing your account through unsecured or unfamiliar wireless networks.
