A: eBRANCH is a tool that allows you to use a personal computer with an Internet connection to conduct your banking online.

A: You can retrieve account histories and balance information; view and print copies of cleared checks; place a stop payment on a check (fees may apply); transfer funds within your account, including making Arizona Central Visa® Credit Card and loan payments; transfer funds from one member number to another (authorization required); pay your bills; sign up for eStatements; send yourself Account Alerts; export account information into money management software; and much more.

A: You'll need a secure browser that supports 128 bit encryption, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer® or Mozilla Firefox. Recommended browsers include Internet Explorer 8.0 or 7.0 and Firefox 3.6. Download the latest versions of Internet Explorer or Firefox by clicking the icons below.

First-time users will also need to know their member number and Central Phone Banking password. (If you have never used Central Phone Banking, your password is typically the last four digits of the primary member's Social Security number.) If you need assistance with your password, please call (602) 264-6421 or toll free 1-866-264-6421.

A: Yes, after you use your Central Phone Banking password to log-in for the first time, you'll be prompted to change your password. You can also go to User Options to change your password at any time.

A: Use the forgotten password link to reset your password. If you need further assistance, call us at (602) 264-6421 or toll free 1-866-264-6421. We will take you through the steps needed to get back into the system.

A: Ensuring you have secure access to your account over the Internet is our number one priority and is achieved by:

  • Protecting the privacy and the confidentiality of the communications between your browser and our servers through data encryption.
  • Using passwords and enhanced login features to verify only authorized persons are allowed to access account information.
  • Maintaining isolation of our computers from the Internet.
  • Utilizing a time-out feature which ends your eBRANCH session after a specified period of inactivity.

A: eBRANCH is a FREE service, provided to our members for convenient account access. Fees may apply for optional features, such as placing stop payments.

A: Your account information is updated in real time, so you'll always have access to the most current transactions that have been posted to your account.

A: You can access your checking, savings, certificates, Visa® Credit Card and loan accounts. eBRANCH is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.

A: To sign up for member-to-member account transfers, complete the Cross Member Transfer Authorization Form or call us at (602) 264-6421 (toll free 1-866-264-6421) to request a copy. For security reasons, you will need to complete the authorization form before you will be able to transfer funds between the desired member numbers.

A: The system will automatically show the current month's transactions and information. However, by selecting User Options, you can choose to view the current month and the previous month. Or, you can choose to view your account from the current date to same date of the previous month. You'll have access to up to six months of account history. Check images are available for up to 90 days after the check has cleared your account.

A: Yes, you can view your accounts by date, check number, transaction type, transaction description or amount in ascending or descending order.

A: eBRANCH supports downloads to Quicken®, QuickBooks®, Microsoft Money® or as a comma-delimited text file.

A: While logged in to your account, click on the Online Forms button located at the top of the page. Next, click on the Change of Address link to bring up the online form. Complete the information needed and select submit.

A: Yes. Once you login to your account, simply click on the Online Forms button at the top of the page. Next, click on the appropriate form, complete the requested information and click on the submit button.

A: The inactivity time out default is set for 5 minutes. However, you can define the timeout period in the User Options area for 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 40 minutes.
