MOM TouchTone Teller is a free service of Arizona Central Credit Union, provided to our members for convenient account access. Using a touch-tone phone, members can access their accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week (even holidays) from the convenience of any touch-tone telephone. Call the number below, and press 1 to access MOM TouchTone Teller.

What can I do with MOM?
MOM allows you to perform a variety of transactions from the convenience of any touch-tone phone. Here's a partial list of some of the most popular transactions. Review the Service Codes for a complete list.


MOM TouchTone Teller Instructions & Hints
  1. Press the # sign after each entry.

  2. Press * to return to the previous menu.

  3. When MOM asks for your account number, use the following account codes.

  4. No decimal is needed when entering dollar amounts. Example: $25.00 is 2500#.

  5. Anytime during the message you may press another Service Code followed by the # sign.

  6. Always end your MOM session by pressing 99#
