
MOM TouchTone Teller is a free service of Arizona Central Credit Union, provided to our members for convenient account access. Using a touch-tone phone, members can access their accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week (even holidays) from the convenience of any touch-tone telephone. Call the number below, and press 1 to access MOM TouchTone Teller.
To access MOM TouchTone Teller, you'll need to have the following information:
- Your member number
- Your four-digit personal access code (For members who've never used MOM, the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number serve as your access code. You'll be prompted to change the access code the first time you use MOM. If you've forgotten your access code, call the credit union.)
- A MOM Service Code.
MOM allows you to perform a variety of transactions from the convenience of any touch-tone phone. Here's a partial list of some of the most popular transactions. Review the
Service Codes for a complete list.
- Check balance information
- Review which checks have cleared your account
- Review deposits and withdrawals made to your account
- Transfer funds within your account
- Make loan and credit card payments
- Place a stop payment on a check (fees may apply)
- Press the # sign after each entry.
- Press * to return to the previous menu.
- When MOM asks for your account number, use the following account codes.
