Frequently Asked Questions - eStatements

Q: How do I enroll in eStatements?
A:
Simply login to your account through eBRANCH, click on the Account Access button, and then eStatements. You'll be required to accept the eStatements Disclosure before you're enrolled. If you enroll on or before the 25th day of the month, your next statement will be delivered electronically. If you enroll after the 25th, you'll be enrolled the following month.

Q: How will my eStatement be delivered?
A:
Your statement will be delivered in PDF format, which you can view and print using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader® software. To access your statement, you'll need to login to your account through eBRANCH. Statements are typically available by the fifth business day of each month.

Q: How will I know when my eStatement is available for access?
A:
Each month we'll send you an email to notify you that your current statement is ready; therefore, a current email address is required to enroll in eStatements.

Q: How many months of eStatements will I have access to?
A:
Once delivered, each statement will be available for up to 12 months, as long as you remain actively enrolled in eStatements. If you cancel eStatements, all currently saved statements may be purged from the system.

Q: Will I still receive paper statements if I enroll in eStatements?
A:
Once you're enrolled, you'll no longer receive your paper statement by mail.

Q: How do I cancel eStatements?
A:
You can cancel eStatements through eBRANCH. Once you're logged in, click on "User Options" and then "Online Statement Options" to change your statement delivery method. Cancellations submitted on or before the 25th day of the month will go into effect for the current month's statement. Cancellations submitted after the 25th will become effective for the following month's statement.
