Q: How do I enroll in eStatements?
A:
Simply login to your account through eBRANCH. All eBRANCH users are automatically enrolled in eStatements. If you enroll on or before the 25th day of the month, your next statement will be delivered electronically. If you enroll after the 25th, you'll be enrolled the following month.

Q: How will my eStatement be delivered?
A:
Your statement will be delivered in PDF format, which you can view and print using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader® software. To access your statement, you'll need to login to your account through eBRANCH and click on the "eDocs" link. Statements are typically available by the fifth business day of each month.

Q: How will I know when my eStatement is available for access?
A:
Each month we'll send you an email to notify you that your current statement is ready; therefore, a current email address is required to enroll in eStatements.

Q: How many months of eStatements will I have access to?
A:
Once delivered, each statement will be available for up to 24 months.

Q: Will I still receive paper statements if I enroll in eStatements?
A:
Once you're enrolled, you'll no longer receive your paper statement by mail.
