A: Your account information is updated in real time, so you'll always have access to the most current transactions that have been posted to your account.
Q: What accounts will I be able to access through eBRANCH?
A: You can access your checking, savings, certificates, Visa® Credit Card, and loan accounts. eBRANCH is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.
Q: How can I transfer funds from one member number to another?
A: To sign up for member-to-member account transfers, complete the Cross Member Transfer Authorization Form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader®) or call us at (602) 264-6421 (toll free 1-866-264-6421) to request a copy. For security reasons, you will need to complete the authorization form before you will be able to transfer funds between the desired member numbers.
Q: How much account information can I view at once?
A: The system will automatically show the current month's transactions and information. However, by selecting User Options, you can choose to view the current month and the previous month. Or, you can choose to view your account from the current date to same date of the previous month. You'll have access to up to six months of account history. Check images are available for up to 90 days after the check has cleared your account.
Q: Can I view my account details in more than one way?
A: Yes, you can view your accounts by date, check number, transaction type, transaction description, or amount in ascending or descending order.
Q: In what formats can I download my transaction history?
A: eBRANCH supports downloads to Quicken®, Microsoft Money®, or as a comma-delimited text file.
Q: How can I submit a change to my address through eBRANCH?
A: While logged in to your account, click on the Online Forms button located at the top of the page. Next, click on the Change of Address link to bring up the online form. Complete the information needed and select submit.
Q: I already have my basic Member Share Account, but can I open additional savings account products, like a Certificate, Money Manager, or a You-Name-It Savings Account?
A: Yes. Once you login to your account, simply click on the Online Forms button at the top of the page. Next, click on the Deposit Account Request link to complete the form. When you have completed the form, click on the submit button.
Q: How long can I be inactive before being logged out of eBRANCH?
A: The inactivity time out default is set for 20 minutes. However, you can define the timeout period in the User Options area for 20, 30, or 40 minutes.
Q: When can I use eBRANCH?
A: With eBRANCH, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The system may be taken down from time to time for scheduled maintenance. Check our System Maintenance Schedule for details.
