Arizona Central has joined together with other credit unions nationwide in a cooperative effort to bring you more choices for financial convenience: The CU Service Centers Network.
You can perform many of your financial transactions at branches of other credit unions belonging to the network. Through “shared branching,” your membership and accounts remain at Arizona Central, but you can conduct business on your account just as if you were at an Arizona Central branch.
- Make deposits and withdrawals
- Transfers between sub-accounts
- Obtain check withdrawals
- Receive statement prints (history of last 10 transactions)
- Make loan payments and obtain loan advances
- Obtain Visa® cash advances
- Obtain fax services and request photocopies
To receive services at any CU Service Center location, please be aware that:
- You must tell the representative that you are an Arizona Central member and present your account number and valid photo identification.
- Fees may be assessed for specific transactions performed and services obtained at a CU Service Center location. Call 1-888-CU SWIRL (287-9475) or visit www.cuswirl.com for more details.
- CU Service Centers cannot accept a stop payment request on member checks; you must contact Arizona Central directly.
- CU Service Centers may limit cash withdrawals to $500 per day regardless of Arizona Central’s policy.
- Funds deposited at CU Service Centers may not be available for immediate withdrawal.
- Holds are placed by Arizona Central on deposited items based on Arizona Central’s policies, not the CU Service Center location.
- Most items deposited at CU Service Centers will be subject to holds of two to five days, including payroll and cashier’s checks.
If you need access to your funds more quickly:
- Deposit the item at an Arizona Central branch. We may be able to make the funds available sooner.
- Deposit the item at an ATM that honors your Arizona Central Visa® Check Card or Quik Money Card. The first $500 will be available for immediate withdrawal.
- Deposit the item at an Arizona Central night depository, available at all ACCU branches. Items received after 9 a.m. are posted the next business day. The item may still be subject to a hold; however, we may be able to make the funds available sooner.
- For payroll checks, contact your employer regarding the availability of Direct Deposit; it's a faster, more secure way to deposit and access your funds.
